Albert Tea EARL GREY BLUE FLOWER - What is the secret of this unique flavor? In the search for solutions to this puzzle I got to the beautiful and sunny Italy, where I found the fruit called bergamot orange, whose extract is the key to the characteristic flavor and aroma of Earl Grey tea. I brought home the magical fruit, bewitched with it my can of tea and embellished it with blue cornflowers. But today I’m not sure if the magic of the mix is only the effect of its constituents or my memories of the trip.
