DESCRIPTION OF TRAINING
The course develops an understanding of the basics of the formal assessment of coffee, as well as the process of preparing the coffee assessment procedure, including learning about the appropriate tools and utensils. Participants will learn to use their sensory skills and learn the right terminology commonly used by specialists in the coffee industry.
After completing the course, participants will learn to identify and communicate the flavors and aromas found in the coffee, as well as independently conduct a cupping session and properly describe the sensory profile of coffee. Participants will also learn how to develop their sensory and olfactory skills in the future, that they will continue to improve with more practice.
